Returns & Exchanges

At A+R, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern home curation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your A+R account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer's packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
